Return Policy:

Any unused, unwashed products can be returned up to 30 days after the purchase date for an equivalent exchange or credit to your credit card. Items received after 30 days of purchase are ineligible for store credit or exchange. Any defective products can be returned up to 30 days after the purchase date for an equal replacement. We will refund the shipping charges if the merchandise is defective or if we made an error in your order, as long as you provide a copy of your packing slip or the transaction number. If you paid for your order by credit card, we will issue a credit to that same credit card. If you paid with a money order, we will send a check to you for the returned amount. For returns or exchanges, please send an email with the following information:

1. Your full name, address, email address and telephone number
2. Product description as it appears on the packing slip
3. Date the item was purchased from ChicDiapers.com
4. How you paid for the item
5. Reason for the return

We will then send you a Return Merchandize Authorization Form (RMA Form) that includes a Return Merchandize Authorization Number (RMA Number) to include with your return.
